Established in 1991, Collective Designs Pte Ltd is a boutique interior design company founded by its Principal Designer, Selina Tay, who places, as top priorities, quality workmanship and design integrity.

Originally focusing on small residential projects in Singapore, Collective Designs is now designing luxurious homes regionally and in Europe. Since 2005, the Company has expanded its portfolio to include commercial projects whilst moving beyond interior design consultancy to project management and design and build projects.

Collective Designs’ design concepts are synonymous with elegant simplicity underpinned by an appreciation of practical and efficient space planning. It believes in keeping with its client’s vision, needs and budget. In addition, Collective Designs works closely with its associate company, MuDian Pte Ltd. Established in 1998, MuDian specialises in furniture design and manufacturing, focusing exclusively on bespoke kitchens, wardrobes and custom built furniture to deliver complete original design solutions for its clients.

Collective Designs has been reviewed and featured extensively in local and regional publications and national press which include Trend, Home & Décor, Home Concept, The Straits Times (Life!) and The Sunday Times. In addition, the Company is accredited by the Interior Design Federation of Singapore.
