Project Management
In response to increasing requests from its clients, Collective Designs offers project management services. This involves hands-on on-site supervision and coordination of work undertaken by contractors, architects, engineers and suppliers appointed by the client to ensure that the project is delivered on time and according to design specifications. Supervision is either on a weekly or biweekly basis depending on the requirements of the project.

For design & build projects, Collective Designs takes on responsibility and control from design concept to construction and completion. With its extensive network of contractors, engineers, architects and suppliers, Collective Designs is able to provide a fully integrated service to its clients.
